About this role
The Developer (IC) role focuses on the development and optimization of AI-powered enterprise-level agentic applications. The successful candidate will work across the full stack of AI technologies to build scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize agentic applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, and MCP. Implement solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and RAG. Manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps tasks primarily within the AWS ecosystem (Bedrock, Sagemaker, Lambda, ECS). Perform prompt engineering and model fine-tuning. Develop microservices using .NET, C#, or Java. Integrate event-driven architectures using Kafka, Snowflake, or Databricks. Maintain code quality through debugging, testing, and code reviews. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 9 years of experience (as per job posting range 9-12 years). Strong proficiency in AI tools including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and various vector databases like Pinecone and FAISS. Experience with database management including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, QDrant). Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
