CSK Technologies OPC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Data Scientist to develop analytics and predictive features for the Axel CRM platform. The role involves collaborating with development teams to enhance business insights regarding sales performance, lead prioritization, and outcome forecasting. Responsibilities include analyzing lead sources, conversion rates, and revenue trends, as well as defining business metrics and dashboard requirements. The successful candidate will build sales forecasts, develop predictive lead scoring and deal conversion models, and ensure data quality through cleaning and investigation. Model validation using time-based testing and checks for data leakage is required, alongside presenting findings through visualizations. Integration of predictions with Laravel and Vue-based systems is a key technical task. Required qualifications include a Btech CSE, BCA, or MCA degree. Candidates should possess strong skills in Python, SQL, pandas, and statistical analysis, with a solid understanding of regression, classification, and model evaluation. Experience with CRM analytics, marketing attribution, model deployment, or SaaS products is considered a plus.
