About this role
WSP seeks an AI Change Manager to drive AI adoption and literacy across its global capability centres (GCCs), embedding AI into engineering, delivery and support workflows. The role translates global AI strategy into locally executable initiatives and aims to move teams from experimentation to scaled adoption with measurable business and workforce impact. The posting lists Noida and Bengaluru, India, and WSP describes a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a unified, locally tailored AI change strategy across multi-country GCCs; establish phased Learn → Apply → Scale → Optimize adoption waves and a repeatable rollout operating model. Coordinate training using global and vendor capabilities.
- Assess how tools such as generative design, document intelligence and analytics affect workflows. Document future ways of working across ERP, engineering and custom applications, and support future AI role profiles and competency frameworks.
- Engage GCC leaders, delivery teams, global AI sponsors and HR, IT and risk functions. Tailor communications to leadership, delivery teams and engineers while addressing resistance, job-displacement concerns, trust and tool limitations.
- Diagnose workforce readiness and sentiment; partner with HR and learning teams on role-based learning pathways, build Change Champions and Super Users, and equip managers with transformation toolkits.
- Define and monitor adoption measures, including tool use, time-to-proficiency, productivity, cycle time, quality, rework and engineer experience. Conduct health checks and surveys, and report actionable findings through dashboards.
- Promote responsible adoption under governance, security and risk policies; help develop guardrails and acceptable-use guidance, educate teams about ethical AI and bias, and support audits and governance reviews.
Required qualifications
10–15+ years in change management, operating model design or process consulting in GCC environments; experience leading large-scale, multi-country transformation and working on data analytics, AI, machine learning or automation initiatives. Candidates need knowledge of enterprise AI and rollout lifecycles, structured change methods, workshop facilitation, design thinking, process mapping, stakeholder communication, KPI measurement, dashboards and executive reporting.
