The Agentic/AI Lead/Architect will define enterprise reference architectures for Agentic AI and LLM-powered platforms, focusing on single and multi-agent systems, tool-calling, and orchestration. Responsibilities include owning architectural decisions for Claude and other enterprise LLMs, designing secure-by-default GenAI systems with guardrails, and architecting large-scale RAG solutions involving data pipelines, vector databases, and hybrid search. The role requires driving production readiness through API-first design, CI/CD for LLM workflows, and establishing engineering standards. Leadership duties involve acting as a technical authority, mentoring senior engineers, and partnering with stakeholders to shape AI roadmaps. Mandatory requirements include 12+ years of total experience with deep hands-on expertise in Generative AI/LLM systems and a strong background in Data Engineering or Data Science. Candidates must possess expert-level Python skills and experience with cloud-native AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Preferred qualifications include experience with fine-tuning strategies (LoRA/PEFT), MLOps/LLMOps, and delivering solutions in regulated industries like Insurance, Healthcare, or BFS.
