Job Summary: EXL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a specialization in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI to build intelligent, agent-driven applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks like React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Python. Integrate LLMs and Agentic AI systems using APIs and libraries such as LangChain, LLamaIndex, or Microsoft Semantic Kernel. Build and orchestrate autonomous agents using frameworks like AutoGen or CrewAI. Create and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise search and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6–9 years of total experience, with 4–8 years in software development and 0.5–1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI applications and prompt engineering. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, or Python-based backends. Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), and embeddings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MLOps, model fine-tuning, custom LLM deployment, or chatbot frameworks like Microsoft Bot Framework or Azure AI Bot Service. Contributions to open-source AI projects or hackathons are a plus.
