AI/ML Architect

SRS Solutions seeks an AI/ML Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for AI/ML solutions tailored to central banking use cases. The role combines enterprise solution design, model development and deployment, infrastructure planning, and technical leadership. The posting also describes the role as an AI/ML Technical Architect.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to turn business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions and strategic recommendations. Lead development and deployment of machine learning models and integration of AI solutions with existing systems.
• Design ML pipelines and model deployment strategies; establish MLOps practices for efficient model lifecycle management. Optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability, and ensure data security, governance, and compliance.
• Lead estimation, resource sizing, and planning for AI development and infrastructure. Produce blueprints, architecture diagrams, business continuity strategies, sizing templates, and runbooks.
• Research and apply emerging AI technologies, including LLMs; mentor AI/ML engineers and data scientists, and improve AI/ML strategies.

Experience and qualifications:

• 9–10 years of hands-on software design and architecture experience, including at least 5 years in AI/ML solutioning. Experience designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring AI/ML and Python applications and building scalable architectures for enterprise applications.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, predictive modeling, application packaging and deployment, infrastructure optimization, and the design and setup of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML models. Knowledge of AI engineering, data engineering, Agentic AI, MCP, and UTCP is sought.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, query optimization, and debugging skills. A bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science, AI, IT, or equivalent) or a master's in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is preferred.
