Quantiphi seeks a Senior Business Analyst - Conversational AI for its delivery team. The role focuses on designing a virtual agent’s user experience so its conversations are engaging, useful to end users and consistent with the customer’s brand. Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer requirements, define virtual-agent use cases and determine analytical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into natural dialogue flows informed by UX research and design practices; iteratively design conversations between users and the virtual agent.
- Lead preparation of functional and technical specifications, acting as a liaison between business customers, stakeholders, project teams and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Advise customers on technology evaluation and direction for Conversational AI projects. Promote delivery standards, technology roadmaps and agile development practices, and manage customer communications and relationships.
Required qualifications
- Experience in at least one of analytics, Conversational AI, linguistics, copywriting, UX design or product design.
- Strong communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills; aptitude for business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision under time-sensitive conditions and support decisions with customer, industry or market research.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with bot platforms such as Dialogflow/API.AI, Cloud ML, Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Cognitive Services, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Wit.ai or Salesforce Einstein in a project manager, analyst or consultant capacity.
- Understanding of natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, personality insight, generative AI and conversational interfaces, including service integration, configuration, training and continuous learning. Familiarity with text-to-speech and speech-to-text processing, and PMP or PSM certification, are also desirable.
