Senior Associate, Commercial Operations (AI Enablement & Automation)

Kroll is hiring a Senior Associate in Commercial Operations to build practical AI solutions for its sales and go-to-market (GTM) teams. The role is based in Mumbai, India, operates in hybrid mode, and works a 2 p.m.–11 p.m. shift. The associate will turn business ideas into working AI-enabled solutions and help teams gain value from enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions for GTM business challenges, including proofs of concept and pilot solutions that demonstrate business value.
• Work with Commercial Operations, GTM leadership, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define approaches, and develop use cases.
• Design and optimize prompts, create repeatable AI workflows and prompt libraries, and support adoption of use cases across ChatGPT, Salesforce Agentforce, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, conduct user testing, gather feedback, troubleshoot outputs, and improve solution performance.
• Document solutions and implementation guidance, support AI training and enablement, advise business users, and collaborate with technology, security, and governance teams on compliant deployment.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in technology, operations, business systems, AI, automation, or a related field.
• Practical experience with generative AI platforms and experience designing prompts, workflows, or automation solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred or advantageous experience includes exposure to global stakeholders, work in professional services or a comparable B2B environment, and exposure to low-code or no-code automation platforms such as Power Automate, Make, or Zapier.
