The Lead Data Scientist at Aditya Birla Capital Limited will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of analytical requirements, including model development, implementation, and stakeholder communication. This role focuses on applying machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling to solve complex problems within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. Responsibilities include designing, prototyping, building, and maintaining frameworks for deploying machine learning models at scale, as well as performing feature engineering using traditional and alternate data sources. The successful candidate will also mentor a team of data scientists and articulate complex models to diverse audiences. Requirements: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Candidates must have 4-6 years of relevant analytics experience in banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, or consultancies. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is mandatory.
