Architect - Machine Learning

Quantiphi seeks an Architect - Machine Learning to design and deliver healthcare projects across multiple geographies. The role combines machine learning architecture and model delivery with client-facing technical leadership. Work locations are Mumbai, Bangalore and Trivandrum; the company describes its work culture as hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level solution architectures and collaborate with big-data engineers and decision science analysts to build, test and assess models that predict and optimize business outcomes against client success criteria.
• Work with cloud, software and data engineering teams on healthcare platforms and applications involving data ingestion, cloud services and DevOps. Relevant industry areas include digital diagnosis, software as a medical product and AI marketplaces.
• Interpret results, communicate actionable insights to clients, understand their needs and maintain relationships. Coordinate with offshore delivery managers, lead client discussions on architecture and troubleshooting, and proactively propose solutions.
• Mentor senior resources and team leads. Research sales opportunities, generate leads, and identify and classify targets.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience developing, deploying and operationalizing models for projects such as computer vision and natural language processing.
• Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning, deep learning architectures, cloud-based web services architecture, design patterns and frameworks. Experience implementing deep learning solutions involving areas such as reinforcement learning, NLP and AutoML.
• Ability to explore current research and engineering practices, implement research papers, improve existing solutions and explain the work to clients and teams. Strong analytical and communication skills, including expertise in logistic regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, multivariate regression, statistical modelling and predictive analysis.

Hands-on experience delivering projects in the healthcare domain.
