The AI Application Packaging Engineer will join the Agilisys team at Blenheim Chalcot to modernize IT operations through AI-driven and scalable solutions. This role focuses on application packaging, endpoint management, cloud deployment, and automation within an enterprise environment. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of application packaging, deployment, patching, and remediation, while leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance efficiency in troubleshooting and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Manage application packaging, deployment, patching, and remediation processes. - Utilize automation and AI-assisted tools to streamline IT operations. - Perform vulnerability management and patch lifecycle activities using tools like WSUS and Active Directory. - Communicate technical risks effectively to UK-based stakeholders. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune. - Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and understanding of Windows Registry and file system internals. - Experience in enterprise-level application packaging and deployment. - An AI-first mindset with demonstrated interest or experience in using Generative AI for IT tasks. - Ability to work on-site in Andheri East, Mumbai. Desired Qualifications: - Experience with InstallShield, ORCA, or VBScript. - Relevant certifications in Intune, SCCM, Windows, Azure, or ITIL. - Experience supporting regulated enterprise environments.
