The Senior HR Technology Analyst — Automation & AI will join the People & Organization Digital Transformation team at Flix SE. This role serves as a bridge between HR and technology, translating business challenges into scalable automation and AI solutions across the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle. The position reports to the Head of Digital Transformation and requires collaboration with global teams across European, APAC, and US time zones. Responsibilities include conducting process and technology gap analyses, building and deploying Claude-based applications, and designing AI/automation workflows using n8n, UiPath, and Python. You will drive HR Tech initiatives from requirements engineering through implementation, including HRIS security models and payroll transformations. A strong product mindset is required to develop Jira-based service desks and AI-enabled employee experiences. Required qualifications include 6+ years of experience in HR Tech or AI/Automation analysis, deep Workday domain knowledge, and hands-on experience with cloud-based AI deployment, enterprise security (RBAC/ABAC), and API integrations. A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. The role is based in Gurugram or Bangalore with a minimum 3-day office presence.
