About this role
Aivar Innovations seeks a founding Product Manager to own strategy, roadmaps and execution for three enterprise AI accelerators: Convogent (conversational AI), Velogent (workflow automation) and Kubogent (agentic orchestration). The role connects the CEO, enterprise customers and engineering teams, shaping what is built and how it is delivered. The posting lists Bangalore, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu as the location and offers competitive compensation with meaningful equity participation; no amount is specified.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritise a coordinated roadmap across the three platforms, lead quarterly and annual planning, establish north-star metrics and milestones, and identify capabilities to unify or modularise.
- Lead enterprise customer discovery and structured Voice of Customer work, including interviews, feedback synthesis and win/loss analysis. Align product direction with the CEO and support Sales and Solutions with positioning and go-to-market narratives.
- Own sprint-level product work: write user stories, PRDs and acceptance criteria; maintain the backlog; resolve scope trade-offs; assess technical feasibility with engineering and architecture leads; and coordinate releases and launches.
- Track adoption, engagement, retention and customer value, use product data to inform the roadmap, and lead post-release retrospectives.
Required qualifications
- 7–12 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years directly on AI, ML or agentic platform products. Demonstrated end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS or PaaS products and experience in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
- Working understanding of LLM systems, agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, agent tool use, prompt engineering, context management and latency-quality trade-offs. Ability to assess build-versus-buy-versus-integrate decisions, write developer-ready requirements and work credibly with ML engineers, architects and enterprise CTOs.
- Familiarity with cloud-native deployment, API-first design and enterprise integration; AWS is preferred. Strong prioritisation, data-informed decision-making, communication and cross-functional influence are expected.
Preferred experience includes a founder, early-PM or 0-to-1 AI startup role; conversational AI, workflow automation or enterprise agent frameworks; BFSI, healthcare or government customers; product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude and A/B experimentation; and developer-facing APIs, SDKs or platform toolkits.
