About this role
Lead technical onboarding and adoption of Gemini Enterprise and Google Cloud’s agentic AI products for strategic customers. Design production-ready application architectures, identify opportunities to transform customer workflows with autonomous agents, and remove technical barriers to deployment and adoption. Applicants may indicate a preferred location among Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram and Pune, India.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery, deployment and implementation of Gemini Enterprise solutions, using Agent Development Kits to address enterprise-scale challenges.
- Advise customers on AI strategy and architecture; monitor application performance, troubleshoot agent behavior and address customer and partner needs.
- Work with engineering teams on product gaps and scalable workarounds. Present technical guidance and leading practices to business and technical stakeholders, including executives.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, technical consulting or infrastructure, including 2 years building and deploying production GenAI applications, intelligent agents or LLM-powered solutions.
- Experience building and orchestrating agents with ADKs, LangChain, LlamaIndex or AutoGen; designing APIs and microservices; integrating AI models into enterprise software; and using Python. English proficiency is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field; Google Cloud Professional certifications.
- Experience with scalable RAG, secure LLM connections to productivity tools such as Google Workspace and complex enterprise databases in high-traffic environments, or technical leadership of large-scale cloud deployments.
- Experience managing enterprise generative AI platforms, particularly Gemini Enterprise, and knowledge of AI security, LLM governance, guardrails and enterprise compliance, including data privacy regulations.
