About this role
Softobiz seeks an AI-First Full Stack Developer to maintain, troubleshoot, scale and enhance a production AI-powered SaaS platform for content creation and audience engagement. The role spans intelligent content generation agents, customer profiling, training resources and automation pipelines. The position is listed for Softobiz Mohali, Softobiz Kochi and Softobiz Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Resolve production issues and customer-reported bugs; improve platform performance, reliability, scalability, code maintainability and documentation.
- Enhance content generation modules, chatbots and AI assistants. Maintain AI memory, context retention and personalization workflows; integrate LLM-powered features and support prompt orchestration.
- Build and maintain n8n automations, APIs, third-party integrations, background workflows, triggers and data synchronization.
- Manage development, staging and production environments; support releases, uptime, monitoring and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Extend AI-generated codebases using Claude Code and other AI-assisted engineering tools. Work from specifications and documentation, and collaborate directly with founders to turn business ideas into shipped improvements.
Required qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field; 4+ years of full-stack development experience, including hands-on Supabase and modern JavaScript frameworks. The posting also lists 4–7 years of experience. Experience with AI-enabled products, rather than only traditional web applications, is required.
- Supabase authentication, database management, row-level security, Edge Functions and storage; PostgreSQL advanced queries, JSONB and optimization; React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScript and responsive UI development.
- Prompt engineering, AI agents, context and memory systems, RAG, vector embeddings and semantic search; n8n, API integrations, webhooks and event-driven automation; Git/GitHub, CI/CD concepts, Cloudflare, deployment support and troubleshooting.
- Independent cross-stack debugging, strong written documentation and comfort with a startup environment and changing priorities.
Preferred
SaaS and AI product development, multi-agent systems, personalization, content generation or subscription products; LangChain, Pinecone or Weaviate, OpenAI or Anthropic API integrations, content marketing workflows and founder-led products. Certifications are not mandatory; relevant AI API, prompt engineering or cloud certifications are preferred.
