About this role
Crowe’s India-based Technology Advisory team seeks a hands-on AI-enabled advisory professional to support U.S.-based consulting teams. The role focuses on improving the speed, quality and consistency of consulting work through reusable generative AI workflows, rather than building machine-learning models or conducting AI research. It is a full-time position listed in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and Hyderabad, Telangāna, at 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Build, document and maintain AI workflows for research, document review, file analysis, synthesis, writing, presentations and knowledge management. Create and refine prompts, Claude skills, system instructions, custom assistants and templates, with defined inputs, outputs, validation steps and human-review checkpoints.
- Compare tools, models, prompts and workflow designs through structured A/B testing. Evaluate accuracy, completeness, consistency and usability; identify unsupported conclusions; and record results, version history and recommended approaches.
- Analyze client documents, spreadsheets, interview notes and technical materials. Develop findings, recommendations, written deliverables, PowerPoint presentations, Excel-based analysis, cost estimates and financial models. Validate AI-generated content against its sources.
- Organize reusable content and guidance in knowledge platforms such as Notion, SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Explore low-code automations and workflows involving Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio, while observing access, confidentiality and governance requirements.
- Manage defined workstreams for IT due diligence, IT assessments, integration, ERP advisory and related engagements; collaborate across India and U.S. time zones.
Required qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; hands-on professional use of generative AI; experience refining prompts, assistants, workflows or automations; strong analytical, synthesis, writing, PowerPoint and Excel skills; and the ability to work independently, document work carefully and identify quality issues in AI outputs. Preferred qualifications
Advanced use of Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Notion; experience with Claude skills, custom GPTs, reusable agents, prompt libraries or structured testing; familiarity with Microsoft enterprise and Power Platform tools, APIs, MCP, scripting, structured data or low-code development; and experience in knowledge management, consulting, technology advisory or relevant IT domains. The first 90 days emphasize delivering documented workflows, tested prompts, reliable client work and measurable improvements in efficiency or quality.
