Capco is seeking an AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to join their team in Bengaluru or Pune. The role focuses on developing scalable Python applications and intelligent autonomous agents to transform the financial and energy services sectors. Responsibilities include designing and fine-tuning foundation models, implementing RAG and prompt engineering, and building multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and Crew AI. The engineer will lead full-stack development, integrating AI models with front-end and back-end technologies, and implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) solutions. Key duties involve deploying and managing AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), applying LLMOps/MLOps best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 6 to 10 years of experience. Proficiency in Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, and modern web frameworks is required. Experience with Snowflake Cortex is considered a significant advantage. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous research in generative AI and agentic systems.
