About this role
The AI Change Manager drives AI adoption and literacy across WSP’s global capability centres (GCCs), embedding AI into engineering, delivery and support workflows. The role translates WSP’s global AI strategy into localized initiatives that deliver sustained business impact across multi-country delivery centres.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a unified AI change strategy across GCCs, with localized adoption plans, training and enablement. Establish phased Learn → Apply → Scale → Optimize adoption waves and a repeatable rollout operating model.
- Assess how AI tools, including generative design, document intelligence and analytics, affect existing work. Define future ways of working across ERP, engineering and custom applications, and support AI role profiles and competency frameworks.
- Coordinate with GCC leadership, delivery teams, global AI sponsors and HR, IT and risk functions. Tailor communications for leaders, delivery teams and engineers while addressing resistance, trust, limitations and concerns about job displacement.
- Diagnose workforce readiness and sentiment; partner with HR and learning and development teams on role-based learning pathways, AI Change Champions, Super Users and manager toolkits.
- Define and track adoption measures, including tool use, time-to-proficiency, productivity, cycle time, quality, rework and engineer experience. Conduct health checks and pulse surveys, and provide dashboards and actionable reports to leadership.
- Support responsible AI adoption through governance, security and risk alignment, acceptable-use guidance, ethical AI and bias awareness, escalation processes, audits and governance reviews.
Required qualifications
10–15+ years in change management, operating model design or process consulting in GCC environments; a record of large-scale, multi-country transformation; and experience with data analytics, AI, machine learning or automation initiatives. Candidates need an understanding of enterprise AI and rollout lifecycles, structured change methods, workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, KPI measurement, dashboards and executive reporting.
