EY - GDS Consulting - AIA - Full stack engineer - Senior

The AI/GenAI Senior role within EY's Technology Consulting department focuses on the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise AI solutions. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, working alongside architects, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI, GenAI, RAG-based, conversational AI, and agentic solutions.
• Develop RAG pipelines, prompt workflows, and knowledge retrieval mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into enterprise workflows.
• Support the full AI lifecycle, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and support client-facing solution walkthroughs.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional experience, with hands-on involvement in enterprise AI/ML or GenAI projects.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or IT.
• Proven ability to explain technical implementations of AI/GenAI use cases.
• Strong proficiency in RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM application development.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Databricks.
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices, CI/CD, and MLOps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases and enterprise search orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and hallucination mitigation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide junior team members.
