Senior Engineer AI

Litmus7 is seeking a Senior Engineer AI for a position listed in Kochi, Bangalore or Trivandrum. The role involves developing machine learning models and deploying generative and agentic AI applications across domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize machine learning models, and build NLP pipelines for text generation, summarization and translation.
• Develop and deploy generative AI applications, including conversational AI and image synthesis, and real-world agentic AI applications.
• Apply MLOps practices throughout model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering and AI development.
• Deep expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning and reinforcement learning; solid NLP experience with language models, text generation and sentiment analysis.
• Understanding of generative AI concepts, including text, image and audio synthesis, diffusion models and transformers; expertise in agentic AI and experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, ADK and AutoGen.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Experience with data processing, feature engineering and model training on large datasets; knowledge of AWS, GCP or Azure and tools for scalable ML deployment.
• Experience with ML model deployment pipelines, familiarity with responsible AI, AI ethics, model governance and risk mitigation, and an understanding of software engineering best practices for ML systems.
