The Solution Architect – Data & AI Solutions will bridge client-facing presales engagements with deep technical solution design. This senior role focuses on architecting scalable, event-driven, and AI/ML-ready platforms for proof-of-concepts and demonstration environments. Responsibilities include partnering with sales teams to design technical blueprints, presenting complex architectures to stakeholders, and leading the implementation of multi-model AI orchestration layers. The architect will define observability standards, enforce zero-trust security models, and ensure compliance with standards like HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC2. Collaboration with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams is essential to build domain-specific templates for industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, and Retail. Technical leadership duties involve driving due diligence, mentoring junior architects, and staying current with hyperscaler advancements. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 15+ years of experience in software architecture or enterprise data/AI platform design. Candidates must possess hands-on expertise in at least two hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Cloud, Kubernetes, or architecture frameworks like TOGAF/SAFe, and experience with multi-tenant SaaS, data mesh, and agentic AI concepts.
