Salesforce Technical Architect

The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing and managing the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on integrating AI-driven capabilities. The role requires a blend of big-picture architectural thinking and hands-on technical problem-solving to build scalable, high-volume systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Drive Enterprise AI Architecture by integrating predictive and generative AI solutions, including Agentforce, into custom environments.
• Lead technical design sessions, document solutions, and simulate system edge cases using advanced LLMs.
• Champion an AI-First Delivery & Engineering methodology, utilizing AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate implementation, enforce coding standards, and optimize performance.
• Manage technical delivery, including custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Develop frameworks to measure AI performance and business ROI for specific customer use cases.
• Provide technical oversight and governance, ensuring solutions align with platform governor limits and long-term scalability.

Required Qualifications

• 9-14 years of CRM experience, with at least 6 years specifically on the Salesforce platform.
• Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds) and Agentforce architecture.
• Strong background in systems architecture, design patterns, and large data volume management.
• Proficiency in platform authentication (SAML, SSO, OAuth) and security capabilities (TLS, SSL).
• Practical fluency in using AI coding assistants and modern development ecosystems to accelerate delivery.
• Ability to travel to client sites (estimated 50-75%).
• Degree or equivalent proven experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Salesforce certifications are highly valued.
• Experience with complete software product lifecycle and large web-based system development.
