The Senior Technical Architect (CTA Aspirants) is responsible for designing and managing the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and enterprise-level architectural skills, with a specific focus on integrating AI capabilities into the Salesforce ecosystem. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable solutions, driving Enterprise AI Architecture by embedding autonomous AI capabilities (Agentforce), and utilizing advanced AI tools to optimize code quality and design cycles. Key duties involve leading technical design sessions, documenting solutions, performing gap analysis, and championing an AI-first delivery methodology. You will also collaborate with clients to develop performance evaluation frameworks for AI and participate in pre-sales activities. Required qualifications include 14+ years of overall experience with at least 8 years on the Salesforce platform, expert knowledge of the Salesforce product suite, and a strong background in systems architecture and large-scale web systems. Proficiency in using AI coding assistants like Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor is essential. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect certifications. The role involves 50-75% travel to client sites.
