About this role
The Salesforce Field Service Architect will lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, with a specific focus on integrating predictive and generative AI into custom environments. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to solve critical challenges using the Salesforce Field Service (SFS) platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive Enterprise AI Architecture by designing and integrating scalable AI solutions while optimizing performance and platform governor limits.
- Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Champion an AI-first delivery methodology using tools like Cursor and Claude to accelerate implementation and simulate system edge cases.
- Provide oversight and governance for Salesforce projects, including code reviews and defining coding standards.
- Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
- Support pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions and Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development.
Requirements
- 9-14 years of CRM experience, with at least 6 years specifically on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert-level understanding of End-to-End Field Service Implementation.
- Strong background in systems architecture, design patterns, and large-scale web-based systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce product suites (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Clouds).
- Knowledge of integration tools, platform security (TLS, SSL), and authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
- Ability to travel to client sites (estimated 50-75%).
- Degree or equivalent proven experience required.
