About this role
MediaMint Combined seeks a senior program manager in Hyderabad to turn its AI and agentic transformation across MediaMint, DataBeat, and Taktical Digital into a governed, measurable program. The role works with the Chief Transformation Officer and senior leaders, owns the operating plan and progress reporting, and keeps initiatives moving when the CTO is focused on clients or market-facing work.
Responsibilities
- Run monthly scorecards, quarterly goal reviews, milestone tracking, and a central registry of agentic initiatives, owners, and outcomes across the three companies.
- Maintain a repository of reusable skills and assets, identify effective approaches across projects, and reduce duplicate work.
- Establish baselines and measure realized benefits from live solutions. Roll out and report progress against a 20–30% delivery-efficiency goal.
- Resolve program risks and dependencies, particularly client dependencies; drive operating-model changes where technical fixes alone are insufficient. Escalate stalled decisions, access, tooling, or capacity issues with recommendations.
- Launch AI Champions, hackathons, and other AI-fluency and adoption programs. Prepare board-ready updates, town hall materials, and CTO briefings.
Requirements
The detailed qualifications specify 8–12 years of experience, including at least 3 years in program management, PMO, transformation, strategy, or chief-of-staff roles in services, consulting, SaaS, or AdTech; the posting header separately says 10+ years. Media or AdTech experience, including programmatic advertising, AdOps, publisher monetization, performance marketing, or media technology, is important, though strong operators from adjacent services fields will be considered. Candidates must manage senior stakeholders independently and demonstrate hands-on, weekly use of agentic tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, including something they have built or automated. They must be able to assess whether AI solutions are production-ready and measure meaningful outcomes.
Preferred
Experience deploying AI or agentic programs, creating PMO or benefit-realization frameworks, working across India and US teams, and an MBA or equivalent; an MBA is not required. Early goals include establishing the cadence, registry, and baselines within 30 days; launching scorecards, AI Champions, and initial solution measurement within 90 days; and measuring deployed agents and adopting an agentic governance framework within 180 days. The role must follow ISMS policies aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, complete security training, protect sensitive data, and report security incidents or vulnerabilities.
