About this role
Techdome is seeking a Product Manager (AI & Software Delivery) to own projects from initial scoping through to launch. You will manage cross-functional teams to deliver both traditional software and AI-driven solutions, including LLM-powered products, chatbots, and AI agents. Responsibilities include setting project goals and budgets, coordinating development teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full AI project lifecycle from data and model evaluation to deployment and monitoring. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical and AI-specific risks such as privacy, bias, and hallucinations. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software or technology projects; proven track record of delivering complex work on time and budget; strong technical grounding in SDLC, system architecture, and cloud platforms; hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI projects; and proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or cloud/AI credentials, and deep expertise in industry domains like FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce.
