The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end SDLC management of SAS algorithm development, ensuring high-quality delivery, and collaborating with diverse business partners and technical workgroups. A key component of this role is the 'Builder' responsibility, which requires designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms to enhance products, workflows, and decision-making. Responsibilities include: Analyzing business requirements and functional specifications; determining the impact of system changes; driving algorithm optimization; ensuring adherence to delivery processes; and maintaining project quality compliance. The role requires flexibility to collaborate with onshore teams during US business hours and support project releases. Required Qualifications: 12+ years of development experience in SAS BASE and SAS Advanced; working exposure to SDLC tools like Rally; experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow; working knowledge of Python, Spark, and Azure Databricks; solid SQL skills; and strong experience with relational databases including Oracle and Snowflake. Candidates must possess proven communication, interpersonal, and team management skills, with experience working in a US-India operational model. Strong healthcare domain knowledge is essential.
