Manager, Boomi AI Solutions

This Hyderabad-based technical leadership role develops AI-powered business solutions on the Boomi platform for clients across multiple industries. The manager works with colleagues in India and the US to apply AI/ML to integration, data migration and automation challenges, aiming to streamline processes and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Applications and Management Consulting teams on client opportunities, pre-sales and sales activities. Work with client business and technical teams to translate challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
• Design and deliver scalable solutions using Boomi AI alongside enterprise integration and automation technologies. Collaborate with global delivery teams to build, test and deploy them.
• Create reusable accelerators, components and best practices; keep current with AI/ML developments; lead and mentor junior team members; and contribute documentation, knowledge sharing, white papers, case studies and webinars.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field, and 8+ years of experience in technical solution development or integration roles.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI and automation. Hands-on experience with at least one AI/ML framework or service, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker or OpenAI APIs, and experience delivering agentic solutions.
• Strong Boomi integration and automation background, with the ability to extend solutions using AI/ML; experience with relational databases and Azure, AWS or GCP; and experience directly overseeing, guiding and mentoring team members. Critical thinking, problem-solving, architecture design and communication with non-technical stakeholders are required.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Boomi Agent Studio and its Marketplace, Designer, Garden and Control Tower components; willingness to work with other iPaaS platforms; and experience with other integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Familiarity with listed ERP or CRM platforms, embedding AI in business-application workflows, building reusable integration accelerators, and agile delivery or DevOps tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps and Jira.
