Responsibilities
- Define the target-state architecture for enterprise automation and Agentic AI platforms; design reusable frameworks and shared services, establish architecture standards and design patterns, and lead technology evaluations and platform selection.
- Design single-agent and multi-agent systems, AI-agent orchestration patterns, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions. Establish prompt- and context-engineering standards and define human-in-the-loop requirements.
- Design API-based enterprise integrations and event-driven architecture standards, including integration patterns for AWS, ServiceNow, Azure, monitoring platforms, and operational systems.
- Define AI governance, observability, security, compliance, and auditability requirements for automations and agents. Lead architecture review boards, mentor engineering teams, and guide delivery from concept through production.
Required capabilities include Agentic AI architecture, multi-agent systems, Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangGraph, LangChain, prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and LLM evaluation frameworks; Ansible, Power Automate, Python, workflow automation platforms, and REST APIs; and AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub or GitLab, and CI/CD. The role also calls for executive communication, stakeholder management, a consulting mindset, and technical leadership.
Preferred experience includes 10+ years in software engineering or automation, 3+ years implementing AI or LLM solutions, enterprise architecture experience, and experience in financial services or another regulated industry. Additional preferred skills listed are AWS DevOps, Python, RAG, and agent engineering.
