Hands-on AI/ML and Emerging Technologies Trainer responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end AI skilling programs for both business (BPS) and IT/Tech teams across Welspun GCC, and operating a Learning Shared Service model to scale AI capability. Role includes conducting TNI/TNA, delivering training on ML, Generative AI, agents, RAG and LLMs, and tracking learning outcomes and business impact.
