Role Overview: Digile is seeking an experienced AI Engineering Lead to join their team and drive enterprise-level AI projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering AI solutions in production environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring technical staff. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in AI/ML and strong leadership capabilities to guide scalable digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end AI projects within production environments. Apply deep knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and data science principles to solve complex business problems. Design and implement scalable AI architectures using modern software engineering best practices. Mentor technical teams and foster a culture of proactive problem-solving. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 12-18 years of total professional experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in a technical leadership role. Proven track record of leading AI projects. Expert-level proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP. Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of MLOps practices and tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, and SageMaker. Strong communication, analytical, and system design skills.
