Tower Research Capital is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their team in Gurgaon. This role focuses on developing high-performance infrastructure and advanced machine learning solutions within a quantitative trading environment. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain data pipelines for large-scale dataset processing and analysis. Design and implement deep learning architectures. Conduct experiments to evaluate and improve model performance. Build and manage agentic workflows for scalable AI/ML solutions. Optimize and fine-tune existing machine learning models. Maintain production pipelines for monitoring and managing ML/DL models. Qualifications: Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in training, building, and deploying large-scale deep learning models. Expertise in sequence and time-series modeling. Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices. Working knowledge of Linux, SQL, and Bash scripting.
