About this role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer with AI Expertise, you will be responsible for developing and supporting scalable enterprise applications while integrating advanced AI and LLM capabilities into business solutions. You will work within the Gas Services business unit to deliver secure, high-quality digital solutions that align with Siemens Energy’s digital transformation objectives. Responsibilities include developing full-stack applications, building microservices and REST APIs, implementing RAG-based solutions, and ensuring code quality through rigorous testing and engineering best practices. You will also support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MCA. Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including 2-3 years specifically in AI/ML implementation. Strong expertise in Java 17+, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, and REST APIs. Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, Prompt Engineering, NLP, RAG, and vector databases. Proficiency in frontend frameworks (Angular, ReactJS, ExtJS, or Node.js), RDBMS (Oracle), Git, Jira, and Linux/Unix environments. Experience working in Agile environments with global stakeholders is essential. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices. Exposure to enterprise AI platforms and Generative AI applications.
