Responsibilities

• Advise global clients using data-driven recommendations, manage client communications, and deliver consulting work independently or with small to medium-sized teams.
• Design and implement GenAI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, and traditional AI/ML solutions for healthcare and life sciences challenges. Apply knowledge of life sciences datasets to develop analytics solutions and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategy, implementation, process design, and change management; assess operating models, competitive responses, implementation readiness, and opportunities for impact. Collaborate across data engineering, data science, and business intelligence.
• Develop methodologies, research, points of view, and white papers; support proposals and business development; present domain findings and engage stakeholders in transformational change.

Qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative field. The posting also specifies 4+ years delivering successful life sciences, pharma, or healthcare projects.
• Extensive GenAI expertise and a track record of creating and deploying GenAI and agentic AI solutions. Experience with commercial, clinical, real-world evidence, and electronic medical record data, including datasets such as Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven, and Optum.
• Hands-on statistical and machine learning modeling, including segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, time series techniques, and optimization. Proficiency in Python and SQL, ability to work with large datasets, and experience using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and scale language models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. The posting lists Power BI or Tableau among must-have skills; R, Spark, Databricks, design thinking, and business process optimization as good-to-have skills. It also describes experience with QlikView or Spotfire as desirable.
