Accenture seeks a Team Lead/Consultant for AI and healthcare analytics consulting in Bangalore/Gurgaon. The posting lists 5–10 years of experience. Responsibilities

• Design and implement generative AI, RAG, agentic AI and traditional AI/ML solutions for business challenges. Build and deploy statistical and machine-learning models, including segmentation and predictive models.
• Deliver consulting projects for global clients, independently or with small to medium-sized teams. Contribute to strategy, implementation, process design and change management; manage client communications and present findings to stakeholders.
• Apply knowledge of life sciences datasets and collaborate across data engineering, data science and business intelligence. Develop methodologies, research, points of view and other reusable materials; support proposals and business development.
• Assess business strategies and implementation readiness, apply design thinking and process optimization, and help stakeholders execute transformational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or another quantitative field. Proven experience of 4+ years on life sciences, pharma or healthcare projects, plus a track record of creating and deploying generative AI and agentic AI solutions.
• Understanding of commercial, clinical, real-world evidence and electronic medical record data; hands-on experience with relevant datasets such as Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven or Optum. Experience with statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, time series and optimization; proficiency in Python, SQL and working with large datasets. Experience using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud to deploy and scale language models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, communication and presentation skills. Experience with R, Spark and Databricks, and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView or Spotfire, is listed as beneficial.
