Accenture seeks a consultant to deliver data science and AI solutions for healthcare and life sciences clients. The posting lists 5–10 years of experience and locations in Bangalore/Gurgaon, India. Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI and traditional AI/ML approaches to healthcare and life sciences business challenges. Build analytics solutions using life sciences data and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
• Deliver consulting projects independently or with small to medium-sized teams, covering strategy, implementation, process design and change management. Manage client communications, present findings, assess implementation readiness and help develop operating models and transformation plans.
• Collaborate across data engineering, data science and business intelligence; develop methodologies, research or points of view; and support proposals and business development.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or another quantitative field. The posting requires 4+ years of successful Life Sciences, Pharma or Healthcare project experience, plus a track record of creating and deploying GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
• Knowledge of commercial, clinical, real-world evidence and electronic medical record data; experience with sources such as Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven or Optum. Hands-on statistical modeling and machine learning experience, including segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, time series and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and working with large datasets; experience using AWS, Azure or Google Cloud to deploy and scale language models. The posting identifies Power BI or Tableau visualization as a must-have. Analytical, problem-solving, writing, communication and presentation skills are also required.
• Listed as good to have: R, Spark, Databricks, additional visualization tools such as QlikView or Spotfire, design thinking, business process optimization and stakeholder management. Spark is also named among the programming skills sought.
