Accenture’s Global Network Data & AI team seeks a consultant for its Health Analytics practice. The role applies data science to contact-center customer interactions, combining analytics, machine learning, NLP and generative AI to improve self-service, reduce call transfers, support personalized engagement and identify operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune generative AI models to automate responses; build and deploy models for intent classification, sentiment analysis and predictive analytics.
- Apply named entity recognition, summarization and embeddings using tools such as Hugging Face, LangChain and OpenAI APIs. Optimize conversational AI workflows for real-time decisions and build AI/ML pipelines using text, audio, chat and email data.
- Analyze customer interactions, develop statistical models and deliver analytics solutions in health-domain areas. Generate quantitative, actionable recommendations for client problems.
- Work with managers to understand client requirements; collaborate with engineering, product and marketing teams to integrate solutions. Present findings and improvement opportunities to senior management, share metrics and disseminate knowledge of analytical techniques.
- Use Azure, AWS or GCP for scalable AI/ML development and deployment.
