Accenture seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise AI strategy and transformation, architect large-scale generative and agentic AI platforms, and oversee delivery of production-grade AI programs across industries. Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite stakeholders; lead executive workshops, solutioning sessions, value-realization discussions and steering committees. Contribute to proposals, AI assessments, business development and major transformation pursuits.
• Provide architecture leadership for agentic AI, multi-agent systems, Model Context Protocol, retrieval-augmented generation, LLM fine-tuning and enterprise AI platforms. Oversee integration with ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, Splunk, Azure services and business applications. Ensure scalability, security, responsible AI, observability and production readiness.
• Build and mentor AI consulting and engineering teams; develop reference architectures, reusable assets and best practices; sponsor innovation and AI Centers of Excellence. Represent the organization in executive forums, industry events, whitepapers and client innovation programs.

Qualifications and technologies:
