The PLM AI System Architect will lead the digital transformation of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem at Siemens Energy. This role focuses on integrating Generative AI and agentic systems into engineering workflows to manage requirements, BOMs, and service lifecycles. Responsibilities include designing multi-agent systems for complex data reasoning, architecting RAG pipelines for engineering-grade accuracy, and developing integration layers such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The architect will define the AI maturity roadmap, ensuring deployments meet enterprise standards for data privacy and IP protection. Requirements include a total of 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence, including expertise in agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, and tool-calling patterns. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of PLM domains and experience in cloud-native AI service deployment. The role requires strong communication skills to translate technical architecture into business value for senior leadership.
