About this role
Responsible for developing and enhancing Communication Surveillance solutions for Banking and Capital Markets by building and deploying AI/ML models to detect regulatory breaches, market abuse, insider trading indicators and employee misconduct across electronic communications. Candidate will develop enterprise-grade NLP solutions, model training pipelines, and MLOps frameworks using Databricks and MLflow.
