The Manager role is an Individual Contributor position within the Analytics and Development team, focused on solving real-world business problems using cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM, and GPT technologies. The successful candidate will deliver advanced Data Science capabilities, transitioning proof-of-concept solutions into production environments. Responsibilities include software development using Python as a backend for UI-based applications, collaborating with large delivery teams on advanced projects, and interacting with clients regarding GenAI use cases. Technical documentation, development, testing, and deployment of data analytics processes on Azure or AWS platforms are core requirements. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, testing, and deploying Python-based applications on Azure or AWS. Must possess a deep understanding of web architecture and hands-on experience with Python and SQL. Expertise in popular Python web frameworks such as Flask or Django is required, along with familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and React. Candidates must also have foundational knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and GPT concepts.
