The Head of Cloud Experience will lead the transformation of cloud infrastructure management at Siemens Energy, focusing on self-service, automation, and AI-driven experiences. This strategic leadership role involves defining the future operating model where cloud services are delivered through intelligent platforms and agentic capabilities, shifting from human-executed to human-supervised operations. Responsibilities include: Cloud Strategy & Platform Leadership: Define the enterprise-wide Cloud Experience roadmap and build a unified platform for self-service provisioning, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. AI-Powered Operations: Introduce and scale conversational AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation across global multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Governance & Security: Partner with security and compliance teams to establish frameworks for AI-enabled operations, ensuring secure and responsible adoption of autonomous capabilities. Organizational Leadership: Drive the adoption of AI-first operating models, mentor global teams, and influence executive stakeholders to champion innovation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure services, or digital product leadership, with at least 4 years in a global leadership capacity. Deep expertise in enterprise cloud platforms and platform engineering principles. Proven experience with Generative AI, AI copilots, and agentic architectures. Strong product management mindset with a focus on user experience and business outcomes. Extensive knowledge of cloud governance, compliance, and FinOps practices.
