About this role
The GenAI / Copilot Senior Developer will design and build custom Copilot agents to support Siemens Energy's digital transformation. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into innovative AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing technical issues, developing new applications, and providing consulting services to business users. You will stay current with the evolving Generative AI and Microsoft ecosystems to ensure continuous improvement of deployed solutions. Required Qualifications: 6-8 years of total IT experience, with at least 1-2 years specifically in Generative AI agent development using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Foundry. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI principles, alongside hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and M365/SharePoint integrations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this global environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Foundry is considered an advantage.
