Required qualifications include a minimum of 12 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development, a 15-year full-time education, and significant experience in system architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Proficiency in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python is required, along with experience in microservices, REST APIs, and leading cloud or AI modernization initiatives. Preferred qualifications include fluency in DevOps concepts, experience with application monitoring, security architecture (Active Directory, SAML, OAuth), and multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure). A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
