Accenture seeks an Organizational Analytics consultant in its Talent & Organization practice to develop data-driven workforce and transformation solutions for global and local clients. The role is listed for Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore as full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their challenges and identify appropriate organizational analytics solutions. Build survey-based solutions, including frameworks, questionnaires and action plans.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, connect findings to behavioral science and industrial and organizational psychology, and define evidence-backed people strategies for transformation programs.
• Co-create solutions and client action plans; support product development and own delivery of new organizational analytics products. Build client relationships and contribute to practice activities, including recruiting and training.

Qualifications and skills:
