Accenture is seeking a manager in its Process Reinvention Hub to help clients redesign enterprise processes and value chains using AI, agentic solutions, intelligent automation, Lean Six Sigma and business process management. Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify high-impact transformation opportunities, shape process reinvention and AI roadmaps, influence executive priorities, and lead multidisciplinary teams toward measurable business outcomes.
• Develop client AI blueprints and agentic and AI strategies; help establish and operate AI/intelligent automation centers of excellence. Support pre-sales through presentations, proposals and explanations of solution impact.
• Develop practical tools and methodologies for AI agents, process mining and process automation. Design governance, safety layers and model operations for responsible AI and GenAI workflows, including transparency, accountability and ethical compliance.
• Lead multi-workstream programs and teams, collaborate on change management, stakeholder training and adoption, create industry thought leadership, and stay current with technology and industry trends.

Requirements

• MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school; at least 6 years of relevant consulting experience and a minimum 6-year track record as an AI automation consultant or manager delivering solutions such as RPA, NLP, OCR, document understanding and chatbots.
• Understanding of GenAI, LLMs and prompt engineering, with hands-on AI automation solutioning and prompt-engineering exposure. Experience designing enterprise-copilot prompts and feedback loops and implementing client AI solutions that deliver business value.
• Ability to lead AI strategy initiatives, track outcomes with stakeholders and work with cloud-based AI and intelligent automation. Strong process transformation, analytical, communication, presentation, data storytelling, program management and team-management skills.

Preferred

Experience deploying UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism or ABBYY; familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud; industry experience in manufacturing, consumer goods and retail, life sciences, telecom, BFSI, oil and gas, energy and utilities, or high tech; and proficiency in AI orchestration frameworks.
