Accenture seeks a Data & AI professional for its India Market Unit to help clients turn business priorities into governed data assets, insights and scalable analytics solutions. Responsibilities
- Understand client priorities and industry context, build client relationships, and provide strategic insights in partnership with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Lead data analysis, profiling, modeling and mapping; govern query design and data-manipulation queries for performance and compliance; and maintain data quality, accuracy and consistency.
- Establish data standards and an enterprise data dictionary aligned with the business glossary. Map the data landscape, technology architecture, transformations, end-to-end flows and lineage; work with data governance teams to uphold organizational principles.
- Build, train and deploy predictive and machine-learning models using Python, Spark and cloud platforms. Drive platform- and cloud-based analytics initiatives and support release and change management through knowledge of data dependencies and access controls.
Requirements
The listing states 12–14 years of experience and specifies a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience. A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM) is required. Candidates need AI and data experience, particularly data science and modeling for sales, marketing and supply chain; predictive analytics experience; hands-on expertise with at least one major analytics platform; and knowledge of big data, data lakes, machine learning and conversational AI. Experience deploying models on AWS, Azure or GCP, consulting experience, and the ability to communicate analytics trends and services are also sought. Good-to-have skills include Python, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks and Snowflake. The role is full-time.
