The Senior Manager for the AIA (AI & Analytics) Gen AI practice at EY GDS will serve as a lead AI Architect, focusing on designing complex enterprise AI and data solutions on Microsoft Azure, with Microsoft Fabric as the core analytics platform. This is a senior-level, hands-on architecture role that bridges presales, solution design, and delivery guidance. Responsibilities include translating business problems into scalable, production-grade AI and data architectures, leading solution discovery, and defining end-to-end platform strategies. The role involves architecting data products, establishing data governance, and integrating GenAI and Azure AI services into enterprise workflows. Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in data platforms, analytics architecture, or cloud solutions, with a strong background in Microsoft Azure and enterprise-scale AI implementations. Mandatory requirements include deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical), alongside proven experience in presales and client-facing consulting. Preferred qualifications include experience with Databricks or Snowflake and exposure to multi-cloud environments. This position is not a pure development or delivery management role; it focuses on high-level architecture, solution shaping, and technical advisory for global clients.
