About this role
Capgemini Invent seeks an AI strategy lead to advise clients on AI adoption, identify business use cases, and turn assessments into prioritized transformation roadmaps and business cases. The role spans strategy consulting, agentic AI operating models, client delivery, and pre-sales.
Responsibilities
- Build AI strategy frameworks, assess AI maturity, define use cases and an Agentic AI center of excellence target operating model, and develop roadmaps and functional readiness documents.
- Identify agentic AI process-automation opportunities with measurable success criteria. Contribute to generative and agentic AI accelerators and proofs of concept for pre-sales and business development.
- Define AI observability standards covering decision traceability, hallucination control, and data lineage. Advise IT and business stakeholders on data-stack evolution and strategic investments; serve as a cross-functional point of contact for global master data management.
- Lead or support AI use cases from discovery workshops through execution for clients and senior leaders. Support RFP/RFI development, proposals, pricing, and use-case presentations.
Requirements
The posting specifies a minimum of 10–15+ years in techno-functional pre-sales, solutioning, and business development, plus 8+ years working on AI-related strategic programs and building AI strategy frameworks. Candidates should understand generative and agentic AI, enterprise LLM applications, RAG, agentic workflows and architecture, risk and governance, data governance, data quality, and master data management. Familiarity with medallion data architecture, semantic data layers, n8n or Zapier automation workflows, and Agile/SAFe is requested. Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, proposal-writing, research, and stakeholder communication skills are needed, including experience extracting value from large, disconnected and unstructured datasets. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data management, or a related field is required.
Preferred
