Infosys Limited seeks an AI Interaction Designer in Chennai for its WONG DOODY service line. The posting specifies 8–12 years of work experience and a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Design.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, feasibility analysis and AI-led solution discovery workshops. Conduct user research, including ethnography and contextual inquiry; align research strategies with business KPIs and AI adoption goals, and benchmark AI-first and digital products.
• Create AI interaction models, conversational journeys and decision-based flows. Define information architecture, sitemaps and navigation for complex AI systems. Design responsible AI interfaces that clearly communicate system and agent behavior, confidence and outputs.
• Build high-fidelity Figma prototypes with AI-driven UI patterns and micro-interactions. Define UX-led solution architecture that accounts for AI agents, data and engineering constraints, and collaborate across teams to assess feasibility.
• Establish reusable components, scalable design patterns and AI design-system guidelines. Use co-creation and usability testing to validate concepts with customers, and work with data science and engineering teams to represent AI model behavior.
• Support adoption of AI-powered products through intuitive, trustworthy experiences and transparent interactions. Apply AI-assisted workflows, follow Experience Design frameworks and governance standards, and manage sign-off, quality gates, closure documentation and design archives. Present delivery decisions and outcomes, and track developments in AI, Generative UX and interaction design.

Preferred skill: User Experience Design, specifically interaction design.
